Task 2 Continuation breaking the rules

I shot this image through a perfume bottle, the feature which inspired me is the blur effect you get around the edges of the entire frame it looks, as though it is moving at high speed and everything around the centre is fading. Rectangular shapes can be seen on every side this creates a pattern effect. The reflective effect is very eye catching, moreover the colour theme is consistent which creates a harmonising colour tone.

I created this image by using a front project with light with an artificial light source, this technique worked well because it brought out all the colours within the ornament, it also brought out the wear on the surface this can give the viewer a feel of what the texture may have felt like. The colours are extremely vibrant and exotic but I prefer it to be a little dimmer because it is a slightly overwhelming. Additionally I can also see the line pattern on the fins this attention to detail is desirable within images.

I created this image using a front project light with an artificial light source. This type of image is great if you want to advertise a product because the viewer cannot wonder off to other parts of the image it has only one specific subject and aim. The centre of the image is extremely bright it pulls you towards the image. The over colour tone look modern, metallic and cold.

I placed the chose this perfume bottle  because it was clear and translucent, I decided to place it in front of a live flame with a slow shutter speed, the red flame is very warm and eye catching compared to the cold blue colour surrounding it, this creates a conflicting image. The base of the image is dark this is used people attract people towards my image.

I shot this image at a low angle to capture the tree trunks and branches, shooting at this angle can play on a person’s mind by altering the scale of an image, you can also feel the texture on the tree trunks it feels rough and course.  Some of the branches contain a dark outline this is due to front project light.

This image caught my attention because it is not glass, but it imitates the same characteristics. This effect can play on people’s minds it makes viewers think and question themselves. I believe this makes a more interesting image because it gives viewers a chance to discuss their opinions to one another.

I shot this image towards the sun using the natural light silhouette technique, this has allowed me to create a strong contrast and dark outline. The strong contrast is a great method to attract people towards an image it makes my image striking and eye catching. Moreover the bright white sky makes the image seem dreamlike and surreal.

I also shot this image using a reflective effect, it inspire me because of the detail and unique design of the pond and building. The design is curvaceous it guides your attention through the centre of the image.  The rectangular shaped windows create a consistent design, furthermore the reflection creates a symmetrical effect.

I captured the image of a marble placed on a light box, the red colour was created by a filter which was placed on the light box. The red colour makes the image striking and eye catching and the white and black swirl effect in the centre also helps create a strong contrast.

The main aspect within this image is the high depth of field, the amount of detail and features make this image stand out amongst the rest. Viewers can interpret the image by using their imagination, to me the landscape looks like a warzone because of the rubble. This use of a person’s imagination makes the image interesting and stimulating, which in turn will make it popular and sought after.
