Photo-shoot plan 2

Photo shoot plan 2

I have decided to change my project theme of Abstract of Nature and Wood to Still Life of Flowers. During this Photo shoot I will create an indoor shoot using a white background, the flowers I will be using are store bought bouquets. The aim of this shoot is to experiment using a wide range of compositional techniques to see what works best when shooting still life of flowers.

Location
I will carry out this photo-shoot indoors within my home.

Implementation

to create a white background I will use a cardboard box lined with plain a4 paper. I will shoot using natural light. To create harmonising colour tones I will use compile objects such as vases, jewellery and other household objects that will work well with flowers. The types of flowers I will use are Roses, blue belles and tulips.

Techniques
I will use the following effects

birds eye view
high angle
low angle
worms eye
depth of field
Rule of thirds
contrasting and harmonising colour tones

colour tones are an important factor when shooting images of flowers it will allow me to create tranquil and striking effects.

Depth of field will allow me to create distortion within the background
